The professional butchers series is purpose built for long days of processing large game and livestock and meat cutting in general. The knives in this series are all made from 1/8" thick L6 steel, are flat ground to ensure very thin cutting edges that slice meat effortlessly and come standard with a brushed satin finish and black TeroTuf handles. Other steel types, blade finish, blade lengths and handle materials available on request. Sheaths in either kydex or leather can be supplied at an additional cost.
